Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt. This includes production time as most products are made to order.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, tracking information will be sent to the email provided during purchase. Delivery typically takes approximately 4-5 days.

 If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of the original purchase date, contact our support team for a full refund.

Exclusions: This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details or missed parcel deliveries.

 

Returns and Refund Guarantee

For items received that are not as described or are defective, we cover the return shipping cost and will replace the item as soon as possible.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

 For non-defective items received in 100% condition, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. A return label will be provided upon request. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund minus the 30% restocking fee.
