Refunds

We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders where the wrong shipping address was provided by the customer.

 Refunds are available under the following conditions:

1. Return Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, using our return label provided by our customer service representatives.

2. Request Process: Email us at support@FindCartRepeat.com with your name, order number, and reason for requesting a refund.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once the return is processed, refunds will take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account.

 

Important: Do not send your purchase back to the original shipping address.

 

Returned to Sender

If an incorrect address is provided and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, we can reship the order for a shipping and handling fee. If you opt not to reship, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs, priority processing, insurance, and a 30% restocking fee.

In cases where packages are refused by the manufacturer, destroyed by the postal carrier, or lost in transit and we do not receive them back, we can offer a 50% store credit toward a new item. 

If the provided address was correct and your order is returned, we will reship it to the same address at no additional cost. For address changes, a shipping and handling fee will apply.

 

Order Cancellation

Our products are printed on demand specifically for each customer. Therefore, orders can only be canceled or modified within the first 12 hours after purchase.

 

Clearance Items

Clearance items are sold as-is and cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging, and no guarantees are made about their condition.

 

Warranties

 Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date as shown by your tracking number. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was received, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.

 

International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in our base price. These are the responsibility of the customer as each country has different customs duties and taxation laws.
