Privacy policy

FindCartRepeat (FCR) uses personal information to respond to corporate gifting enquiries, prepare quotes, make personalised gift kits, process payments and deliver orders. This notice covers findcartrepeat.com, our RFQ and sample forms, and information a business buyer gives us for an approved order.

Information we collect

We may collect business contact details, company name, billing and GST information, order and payment references, artwork and customisation instructions, delivery addresses and quantities, and support messages. For individually named or shipped gifts, a corporate buyer may provide recipient names, phone numbers, delivery addresses and gift-message text. Our website and commerce providers may also collect device, browser and usage information through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, issue quotes and invoices, verify and process payments, create approved personalisation, fulfil and track orders, handle claims, prevent misuse, keep required business records and improve the website. We use recipient details for the relevant gift production and delivery, not to market to employees or other recipients. Marketing messages to business contacts are sent only where permitted; you can opt out using the message instructions or by emailing us.

Who receives it

We share only the information reasonably needed with service providers involved in our work, such as Shopify and website hosts, payment providers, selected manufacturers or printers, packaging partners, courier and logistics providers, and professional advisers. A printer may need a name or artwork file; a courier may need a delivery name, address and phone number. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not publish recipient lists or sell employee-recipient data.

Security and retention

We limit access to order and recipient data to people and partners who need it for their role and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, accounting, legal obligations and dispute resolution, then delete or de-identify it when no longer required. Payment-card details are handled by the checkout or payment provider under its own controls.

Cookies and other services

Shopify and any enabled analytics or advertising tools may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the store, measure performance and support marketing settings. You can manage cookies in your browser and, where available, the site's privacy controls. Third-party services have their own privacy notices.

Your choices and requests

To ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, withdraw a marketing preference, or raise a privacy concern, email support@findcartrepeat.com. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity or retain records we are legally required to keep. If your employer supplied recipient details for a gift, we may need to coordinate with that employer to fulfil a request.
